Preamble: The use of this website www.eacademy.ge (hereinafter referred to as the Website) is governed by the following terms and conditions established by Electronic Academy LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Company). (hereinafter referred to as the Terms and Conditions).

Please read these terms and conditions in detail, which regulate the use of the Website by the User.

For the purposes of this document, a User is any natural and/or legal entity, organizational unit that uses and/or will use the Website in the future, and/or uses the Company's services.

By accessing this Website, you agree to and confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Use of the Website. You also confirm that you are familiar with and agree to the changes and additions that may be made to these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

1.1. Unilateral Amendment of Terms and Conditions: The Company is entitled to unilaterally amend the Terms and Conditions, which shall enter into force 24 (twenty-four) hours after their publication on the website.

In the event that the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and the specific terms of the Agreement contradict each other, the later published amendment shall prevail.

1.2. Use of Services: For the purposes of this Article, the Service shall mean any service provided by the Company, including but not limited to the provision of paid and unpaid training services. In order to provide the aforementioned services, the Company shall, including but not limited to: (a) post video, text and visual materials prepared within the framework of the unpaid service on the website; (b) share video, text and visual materials with participants within the framework of the paid training service via e-mail and/or other online platform; (c) posting any visual, textual and/or video material of any content, including but not limited to any graphic work, design, photograph, blog post, animation on the website, for the website user. (hereinafter referred to as the materials posted on the website)

2. Copyright protection: The materials posted on this website, including but not limited to the list specified in Article 1.2, are subject to the Company’s copyright and it is prohibited to process, publish (except for sharing the material on a personal page, the Company’s social media page via the “Share” button, with full respect for copyright), download personally and/or through any third party for commercial purposes or without it, download for distribution or without it.

In case of violation of the provisions of this Article, the Company is entitled to demand full compensation for the damage caused by this action.

3. Personal data: The Company stores the personal information specified by you in this document (name, surname, telephone number, e-mail address) and is entitled to use it in the future for the purpose of offering the Company's services through direct marketing. The purpose of storing this information is to provide the User with effective service. The User may at any time request information from the Company about the processing of personal information and request the destruction of existing data about him.

4. Limitation of liability: The Company and its relevant employees are not responsible for the resulting consequences, including direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, non-contractual damage, resulting from incorrect and/or inappropriate use of the information specified on the website.

5. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the legislation of Georgia. In the event of a dispute, the case will be considered by the Tbilisi City Court.

6. Payment and Refund Terms: Payment for the service can be made using the following methods:

1. Online payment via bank card (for both companies and individuals) Personal bank details are entered directly on the bank's website, which fully ensures data protection and security.

2. Payment for the service by bank transfer based on an invoice that will be sent to the user upon registration for the training (for both companies and individuals)

The training participant is entitled to request a refund of the amount paid no later than 5 business days before the start of the training, which will be credited to the bank account specified by him/her.

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the User confirms that he/she fully agrees with them
